- Add cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits, mix and switch off.
- For second layer boil milk, add soaked rice.
- When half done, add sugar, condensed milk(optional), cardamom powder.

- For third layer-
- Heat ghee in a kadhai, add grated carrot, saute well till raw smell goes.
