  1. For first layer- peas halwa- Blend peas with little water.
  2. Heat ghee in a kadhai, add peas puree, saute well till raw smell goes.
  3. Add milk,cook till milk thickens, then add sugar,mix and cook till everything combines well and texture becomes dry.
  4. Add cardamom powder, chopped dryfruits, mix and switch off.
  5. For second layer boil milk, add soaked rice.
  6. When half done, add sugar, condensed milk(optional), cardamom powder.
  7. Finally garnish with ghee roasted dry fruits. Make it little thicker than the normal kheer
  8. For third layer-
  9. Heat ghee in a kadhai, add grated carrot, saute well till raw smell goes.
