- Grind the boiled rice in your mixer without water in a consistency of making a ball shape with it.
Add curd, salt and mix in a spoon with the grind rice. Keep it aside - Now take the mustard seed,jeera seed & Chana dal for seasoning the curd rice
Season it with a little oil and mix it with curd rice kept aside - Mix all purpose flour with a pinch salt and pepper powder with water in watery consistency
- Now take the curd rice and make it in ball shape in your comfortable size and make a hole and fill it with your favorite pickle.
- Now dip the ball in all purpose flour and then coat it with bread crumbs repeat the same process one more time and keep the balls aside
- Now take the rice pappad and fry them in oil and crush them using hands, and coat the balls in crushed pappad.
