  18. Let the idly steam for 10 minutes
  19. Once done, Remove the idly trays
  20. Let it cool down for 1 minutes
  21. With a help of a spoon remove idli from the tray

  1. Soak & Grind urad dal & rice into a smooth batter
  2. Ferment for 8 to 14 hours. Let it rise. Steam idlis. (8 minutes per tray), (i used steamer sheets)
  3. Idli can be served with any curry or chutney
