- Now adding the required beetroot juice to maida, knead a semi hard dough. Cover the the dough n rest it for half an hour. Meanwhile make a paste of oil n maida to apply in puris.



- After half an hour, Roll the dough n cut same size small portions. Take a portion n flat it to roll



- Roll a small puri n apply the maida oil paste to it n fold it. N fold again to give it a triangular shape.



- Roll again the triangle puri little bit n prick it with fork. Roll the rest of the nimkis like this.



- Deep fry them in medium hot oil. Enjoy this crunchy snack with tea.
